Hi Kevin,
Once again I find myself emailing you to rave about your workers! Kevin and his apprentice just left and I couldn't be more pleased with both of them. While they were here one of my neighbors stopped in to visit and told me about a bad experience she had with a company out of Ohio. I told her how please I was with Ross's work and that I would let her know how it went today. She remarked, "well at least they aren't swearing.". Apparently she had a problem with that as well with the crew from Ohio. I told her I never heard profanity from Ross the entire time he was here and I honestly didn't expect it with these guys. I was right. The perfect gentlemen, your crew is not only proficient in what they do, I have never heard a cross word out of any of them, let alone profanity.
In addition to installing my front door today, I told Kevin I had forgotten to ask you to quote a price on installing a deadbolt and changing the doorknob in my other door. He took a look and quoted a price which I gladly agreed to. In no time his apprentice and he had everything done and even cleaned up the wood shavings out of the carpet!
Kevin I just can't say enough about your crew. To say I'm impressed is just not enough. You have assembled not only the best craftsmen but they are the most polite gentlemen. After hearing my neighbor's horror stories I am even more impressed with your company. Kevin's apprentice certainly chose the right company to learn from and he definitely has an excellent teacher in Kevin. I will gladly recommend you to all of my neighbors, friends and family. I am that confident in your workers. I'll also be sure to call you back myself.

We just had to take some time to thank you for the wonderful job you did in our kitchen-beautiful new cabinets and countertops, sink dishwasher and yes, even a new microwave above the stove. It was the infamous dishwasher , a gift from our children, that brought you to us.That was the real gift, finding you. You (and your crew) are a super group. Your quick response to our need, your gentle guidance and your superb work have given us the kitchen I have been dreaming of for a long time. It has been a true pleasure to work with you, you have a true gift for the work that you do. And equally important is the fact that you are a good person- knowledgeable, hardworking,efficient, trustworthy and kind. We are grateful for you as well as the beautiful kitchen you did for us. We tell everyone about you, and I carry your cards in my purse so that I can give them to friends who are looking to have home improvements done. Of course we will be calling you in the future, I can come up with lots to be done around here.

Hi Kevin,
It is hard these days to find someone that is dependable and does great work but we were blessed to have found you. Over the years I have had many people do work for me but you go so much above and beyond what I have ever experienced. Matt, Jen and I are so pleased with the new kitchen. You did an awesome job!
You have a nice way of offering suggestions but not forcing your ideas on the customer and your suggestions, based on your experience, were all the right choices for us. You also are so prompt and dependable that it made working with you a pleasure. Whatever I needed you did your best to accommodate us and that was so very much appreciated. Your craftsmanship is second to none. My wife is talking about have you do a Kitchen for us down the road based on the great results you delivered at Matt's house.

Thank you so much for the outstanding job you and your crew did on our flooring!! The end result has exceeded my expectations and I never imagined it would so look so amazing! You both were so hardworking and eager to please. We have had many installers come through our doors, but none of them were as courteous, professional, and personable. To me, that's the key. Being personable. When you came to measure the floor a few weeks back, you took the time to talk to me about the flooring I was thinking of getting, and pointed me into the right direction. When you were here installing, you were always more then happy to answer any questions myself, or my husband had, you explained the pattern of the flooring, you gave tips on how to keep the floor clean, and engaged us in pleasant conversation. When the transition strips didn't work, you took it upon yourself to get/make something that would. You went over and above what your job called for, and it shows. You and your crew not only had respect for my family, but your both had respect for each other. Not once did a problem arise that you and your crew didn't handle with ease. I cannot say enough good things about you, and your company as a whole. 100% quality work + 100% being there for the customer = total satisifaction.
